The best way to use up leftover rice, this easy fried rice for one takes no time to make and doesn't require an egg! Customize with whatever vegetables and/or meat you have on hand!

INGREDIENTS: Leftover (or fresh!) rice Onion Garlic & Ginger Frozen peas & carrots Cooked sausage Soy sauce Oyster sauce Butter

Cook up meat (if using) and set aside. Saute onions, garlic and ginger in butter. Add rice, vegetables, soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix to combine.  Stir fry for about 5 minutes until rice is lightly fried. Add meat back.

Eat as-is or serve with your favorite stir-fry!
