Ingredients

- 2 cups sweet potato cubes, steamed and frozen
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed and frozen
- 1/4 cup pumpin puree
- 3 TB maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups milk (any kind you prefer! I used coconut)
- 2 TB hemp hearts (optional)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Pour everything into your blender and blend away! Give it a taste and add more maple syrup, pumpkin, spice, etc. if you'd like. Make this to your taste!
