The easiest tahini sauce you can put on EVERYTHING. Takes just minutes to make!
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks!
This sauce works best with a tahini that's more on the runny side, but if yours is thick it will still work. Just keep whisking and add a little more water if you need to. You can also throw it all in a food processor or blender to get it really smooth.
The sauce will thicken in the fridge. Just whisk in a tiny bit of warm water to thin it back out.
