I'm coming in hot today to share the EASIEST yogurt dip recipe ever with you guys.
Honestly? It's barely a recipe. It's more of a dump and stir thing - but you'll love it! It'll be perfect for any memorial day weekend fun you have planned.
Me? I'll be home getting over a little cold. But good news! I will be retiring the air mattress after 3 weeks and sleeping in a real bed tonight...so yea, it'll be a party over here too.
Whatever your plans are, I think you can find room for a dip like this. It takes 5 minutes to put together and you can serve it with whatever you have on hand. Chips, crackers, vegetables, you name it.
And if smoked paprika isn't your thing? No worries! Use regular paprika, or any of your favorite spices and flavorings and make this your own. Greek yogurt is a great stand-in for a heavier cream cheese or sour cream dip, and can be flavored in pretty much any way (ooooh maybe a sweet one to eat with fruit?!).
I hope your weekend is filled with good food, pool time and all the rosé you could ever want (if that's your thing, of course!)

I was staying at an AirBnB and needed an easy dip recipe that did not require a food processer. This was a huge success and I was asked to make it again two nights later for another gathering. My friend was eating it by the spoonful! People were very curious about the ingredients because of the unique flavor and appreciated that it was yogurt-based. Thanks for a great recipe!
